Tell us your event date, which Packages and services you're interested in, event location, and estimated guest count. We ask that you please include vendor meals (excluding us) in your guest counts.
Ironing out the details! We can schedule a call, meeting, or book a tasting to help you select your services. We'll organize everything into any easy to read, itemized quote.
We require a 25% deposit to secure your date and event. The remainder of your balance will be due 2 weeks before the event.
We offer interest free payment plans.
Guest counts, menu changes, and final payment is due 2 weeks before the event. If you have a lower guest count than you were quoted, we will redo your invoice, apply any payment already received and you'll just owe the difference. You won't pay for guests that have not RSVP'd! Also at this time we will ask for a timeline of your event.

If the Client needs to cancel the event, Client must provide written notice to Caterer.
Client understands that upon booking an event with and making a payment to Silver Spoon Events and Catering that the Caterer is committing time and resources to this Event and thus cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities in an amount hard to precisely calculate.
Therefore, the following cancellation and refund policy is as follows.
The 25% Booking Deposit is Non-Refundable
If event is canceled within 30 days of the Event, Caterer is entitled to the any amounts paid. There will be no refund issued.
