2026 celebrity chopped in the Boro benefiting Nourish Food Bank - On Thursday, September 10th, Chef Justin Harris of Silver Spoon Events and Catering and Rachel Albertson of Good Morning Murfreesboro teamed up to cook for charity at the 2026 Charity Chopped in the Boro! We know that most weddings follow a strict budget and we want our clients to know where we fit into their budget. Our only additional fees are taxes.

Our food is presented self-serve buffet style. Italian food lends itself to be dished, not by ounces, but by the heart. We ensure that there will be plenty to go around! A staff of trained servers will be around to answer any guests' questions, clean any spills, and replenish the buffet for a well orchestrated service.

Food is our passion and we love to cook. So to fill the gaps between catering we run and operate Monstro American - Italian Kitchen. Our beginnings in catering started with pasta and we keep that tradition alive at monstro. We also offer American favorites such as smash burgers and chicken tenders. Available for weddings, showers, and parties.
